ASP Recordings is led by producer, songwriter, mixer, vocalist and keyboardist Steve Maggiora.
When you work with ASP, you're working directly with me. We listen to where the song is now, talk about where you want it to go, and build the process around that.
My job isn't to replace your instincts about your own music. It's to bring another set of ears, years of studio and performance experience, and whatever production, musicianship or technical support helps turn the idea into the song you're trying to make.
That perspective comes from working on both sides of the studio glass - producing and writing, working as a session musician, releasing music independently and performing around the world.
Every artist, song and project is different. The process should leave room for that.
